1. Who we are

Cleaning System Solutions ("CSS," "we," "us," or "our") provides an intake-based system implementation service for cleaning businesses, including configuration of intake forms, quoting logic, booking workflows, and automation using third-party platforms.

2. What these Terms cover

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, pages, forms, and widgets (collectively, the "Site"). If you become a paid client, you may be asked to sign a separate written agreement for implementation services (for example, a service agreement). If there is a conflict, the signed client agreement controls for that project.

3. Example outputs and estimates

• Informational only. Any quote, range, recommendation, or output shown on the Site may be illustrative, incomplete, or configured for demonstration.
• No guarantee. Example outputs are not a binding offer, contract, or guarantee of price, availability, results, or business performance.

4. Do not submit sensitive information

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the Site (for example: payment card data, government IDs, medical information, or passwords). Our forms are not designed for sensitive data collection.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. For example, you will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
• Probe, scan, or test security or rate limits.
• Submit false or harmful content, malware, or automated spam.
